ERP Agent (Bridge Application)
A small service on your server connects to the ERP database and moves data to the portal at set intervals. You don't need to put the ERP on the internet.
Full Parity With the ERP (Mirror)
If an invoice is issued in the ERP, the portal updates; if it's deleted, it's deleted on the portal too — the two sides always stay the same.
Sync Visibility
When the last sync ran, how many records were processed, whether there were errors — all visible; if the agent drops offline, the panel warns you.
Search Never Stops
Product search doesn't stutter even while a sync runs; the search infrastructure works independently of the sync.
Fault Tolerance
If an order/payment transfer stalls, it retries itself; if needed, you hit 'Re-transfer' from the panel.
Scheduled Tasks
Sync jobs are queued, retried, and logged line by line.
